Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important, and if you need to exchange your Kolhapuri chappals for a different size, we are happy to assist. Simply return the product to us, and we will facilitate the exchange process. Please note that shipping charges for returns will be your responsibility.

Important Notes:

• Each pair of Kolhapuri chappals is a product of individual craftsmanship, resulting in natural variations. These variations are a testament to the creativity and skill of our artisans.
• Due to the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, the appearance of the chappals may vary slightly from what is shown in our images or videos. This is a natural characteristic and contributes to the unique beauty of each pair.
• To help your chappals mature gracefully and develop their distinctive character over time, we recommend following the provided care instructions.

General Terms & Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original labels and invoices intact.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can return it within 2 days of receipt. Products returned after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
• Items damaged due to your usage will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.
• If reverse pick-up is not possible due to logistics issues, you may be asked to send the product to our registered address via any available courier service at your own expense.
• An authorization email from us is required before returning any product.
• Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to provide the product you ordered.
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, or refund request.
• In case of an incorrect size ordered (without consulting the size chart), and the customer requests an exchange for a size not listed, a refund will be processed with a deduction. The deduction will be the higher of 10% of the total order value or ₹250 INR, which will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Exchange/Return Policy for International Orders:

For international orders, we take extra care to ensure the quality of each pair before shipping. We kindly ask international customers to verify the size guide and product details before placing an order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders at this time.
